Return Policy
At LeatherHubz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy described below.
1. Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after this time may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Shipping Costs

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility if the item is returned due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or general dissatisfaction.
- Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, LeatherHubz will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
3. How to Make a Return
- Email us at help@leatherhubz.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the product (if defective or incorrect).
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning it.

5. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that bank processing times vary and may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you can:
- Return the original item using the procedure above.
- Reorder the desired item.
