Return Policy
At LeatherHubz, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
- All tags and labels must be intact.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear are not eligible for returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized rugs
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at help@leatherhubz.com with your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
- Once your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for sending the item back.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@leatherhubz.com.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately at help@leatherhubz.com to request a cancellation. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
