1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.
3. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after processing (available at an additional cost).
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping option selected.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders.
- Expedited Shipping: Additional charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at help@leatherhubz.com with your order details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. LeatherHubz is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply to reship packages returned to us due to address errors.
8. Items Not Delivered
If your tracking number indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with family members or neighbors.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Contact the carrier for additional information.
If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date.
