At LeatherHubz, we strive to deliver your rugs quickly, safely, and on time. Please review our shipping policy to understand the processing, shipping, and delivery of your order within the United States.

1. Shipping

We currently ship exclusively to the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Delivery and Shipping Times

  • Transit time: Approximately 1 to 3 business days, deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Shipping Time: Approximately 4 to 8 business days. Shipments are processed and delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak demand periods.

4. Shipping Methods and Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all orders.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and package size.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at help@leatherhubz.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly and arrange a replacement or refund, if applicable.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please verify your shipping address at checkout.

  • LeatherHubz is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Additional reshipping fees may apply if the package is returned due to an incorrect address.

8. Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received the package:

  • Check with your household or neighbors.
  • Look for a delivery notice from the carrier.
  • Contact the carrier for more information.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this shipping policy periodically to reflect changes in shipping rates, carriers, or delivery procedures. Any updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
